Deposit & stone sourcing
Once the direction is set, a 60% nonrefundable deposit begins your project and LaLa Line sources stone options for you.

CAD approval
You receive a precise digital rendering to review. Once approved, the design is final and moves into production.

Production
Your ring is brought to life, typically within 4 to 6 weeks after CAD approval unless a rush timeline is arranged.

Final payment & delivery
The remaining balance is due before shipping, then your one of a kind ring is carefully prepared for its next chapter.

LaLa Line is a Houston based jewelry brand founded by designer Lillyana Stefanakis, a GIA Graduate Gemologist whose love of making jewelry began at age eight.
Her gemological training brings informed stone guidance to LaLa Line's custom process, while every design remains personal, collaborative, and unmistakably yours.

When is the deposit due?
Once the design direction is finalized, a 60% nonrefundable deposit begins stone sourcing and reserves your custom project.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks after CAD approval. If you have a specific proposal date or need a rush timeline, include it in your inquiry so availability can be discussed.
Can I make changes after CAD approval?
The CAD is your precise design approval. Once it is approved, the design is final and moves into production, so no further design changes can be made.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due before your finished ring ships. Because each custom engagement ring is made to order, it is final sale once the deposit is placed.
