Refund policy
At LaLa Line Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and exceptional customer service. If there is ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
You may return any jewelry purchased from our website within 14 days of the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in original condition. Jewelry must be free from scratches, damage, residue, odors, or signs of wear and returned in its original packaging, including tags if applicable.
Custom, made-to-order, personalized pieces, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as store credit for the purchase price of the item, including applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward a future purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email info@lalalinedesigns.com within the 14-day return window. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as LaLa Line Designs LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Damage caused by normal wear, improper care, accidents, or misuse is not considered a defect.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Refunds for EU orders will be issued to the original form of payment, as required by law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return for store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued store credit within 10 business days, which can be used for future purchases. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@lalalinedesigns.com.
